My research interest area lie in Bioremediation and Fermentation Technology. That is to employ microorganisms in a form of products for solving devastation issues in the area of Animal health, Agriculture, Food and Nutrition, Zoonosis, Chemotherapy and Environmental Pollution.

Mr. Leonardo Abormegah is Assistant Research Scientist at CSIR-Animal Research Institute of Ghana. He holds MPhil in Food Science and Technology from University of Cape Coast, BSc. in Public Health and Allied Science from University of Ghana and a Certificate in Lab. Tech. from AHPC. Pong – Tamale. He is highly skilled in bacteriological Laboratory Techniques and Fermentation Technology. His research focus is in Technology and product development for fermentation Technology and bioremediation that will aim at addressing devastating issues associated with Agriculture (Animal Health), Chemotherapy (Antimicrobial resistance), Food and Nutrition, Environmental pollution and other Public Health (Zoonosis) and other Public Health concerns.
