Mr. Felix Kwesi Hagan is a Senior Administrative Officer and Head of the Administration Division of the CSIR-Animal Research Institute. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources Management) and a Bachelor of Management Studies both from the University of Cape Coast.

Mr. Hagan is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana (CIHRMG). Since 2012, he has served in different capacities in the Administration Division of the Institute. From 2012 to 2017, he served as the Head of the Registry section and in 2018, he was appointed the Head of the Human Resources Management section of the Administration Division. Mr. Hagan is also the Senior Administrator of the Department of Animal Resources Development of the CSIR College of Science and Technology, a postgraduate school of the CSIR. He is the first Administrator of the Department at its inception in 2016. He has helped in establishing a standard filing system, developed several staff and students forms and set up the administrative structure of the department for academic work.

In May 2024, he participated in the Erasmus Mundus global Mobility programme in Joensuu, Finland sponsored by the European Union and the University of Eastern Finland.

Mr. Hagan has serviced several committees and Boards of the Institute and CCST. He has also written several memoranda, and proposal that has led to the strengthening of administrative structures of the Institute. His area of interest is in learning and development, organizational development and strategic HR.
